The light is very bright, and holds a good charge. I've been able to use it for 4 hours without issue. I like that ot dims amd has motion sensor.

Super simple set up. Works really well. Powers up after a bit of time, you do want this to charge up during the day so don't set this up at night expecting it to work. Once all in place very simple and works really well. Good set up for a back pourch or yard. Good brightness, not overwhelming yet stills strong enough to read under.

What we love:The convenience that this light offers is the best! We had been on the look out for a light that we could install under a tree without having to run any wires —most solar lights did not meet our needs given that they had a very shot chord to the solar panel. Luckily, we ran into this product and it was exactly what we needed.The craftsmanship/look and feel of the light exceeds its price.We charged it and installed it in the tree we wanted to use it under but when the night came and we turned it on we were amazed at how BRIGHT it is. It lights up everything under the tree —we are super happy for that! Given the long cable we can have the light hanging from a tree branch and the solar panel on the ground where it can take the sunlight all day long.What could be better:The remote has a short range (as such the reason for removing one star as some people may really need this feature to work), but we do not mind that as we use it with the motion option and have not experienced any issues with the motion detection as it is quick and highly functional.What a prospect buyer should know:This is NOT a dimmable light so please consider that if you wish to use it near a window and get easily bothered by light. The size is great for most people's needs. The battery lasts all night (for us) under the motion sensor option. We have noticed that if we turn it on at full brightness the light dims significantly by 3:30AM.In conclusion, we are very pleasantly surprised by this light due to its brightness and the ease of installing it anywhere you may need it.

This solar light is exactly what we needed to light our front steps. The radius of illumination on high is just over 15 feet. The motion detector picks up our car at more than 20 feet. The cord to connect the solar panel is over 16 feet and allows placement of panel in full sunlight. Excellent product!
