I hardly ever write reviews but here is the rare exception. I work a rotating swing shift that has given me severe shift work sleep disorder.I've spent 20 years buying every crackpot hairbrained product to try to help me get a little sleep. My go to was acoustic sleep , a fine product about half the price as the A-20. The acoustic sleep has one fatal flaw, it has no passive noise reduction, you hear ambient noise that's louder than the device but that's due to its product design. I almost didn't give the A-20 a chance because I wanted active noise reduction...man am I glad I did. As a side sleeper these things are comfortable and don't fall out while I sleep, but the biggest draw is the combination of excellent passive noise reduction and whatever sounds you like to sleep to ( for me its rain) . They do an exceptional job of insulating me in the sounds of the thunderstorm , isolating me from the outside world.I have 3 college young men upstairs and they run across their apartment a lot, I cant hear them or most ambient sounds with my A-20s.( I guess when they throw a party that will be the big test) I haven't even explored the many features of the app, first nite I went simple with one of the loadable sounds ( thunderstorm) and I was amazed how well they worked...Im happy with that . They are a little pricey but after the first night I realized what a great value they are. (Customer service is fast also.)

I have chronic pain, fatigue and insomnia. I cannot bear lying for hours in pain in silence with my mind racing. I'm used to using apple wired headphones to sleep as they fit best in my ear and give great sound fidelity to me. They're also under £20, and thank god, because they nor airpods are built to last.Someone on Twitter, a friend of mine actually, recommended these when I asked about people who slept with music/earphones. Wired ones always get tangled, and even if you did risk airpods, their battery life is awful and earwax would break them beyond warranty. I'm so glad I gave them a chance. Finally I can fall asleep and turn over as much as I need without needing to solve a wire puzzle. The headphones last JUST long enough if you somehow get a full 8 hours, with some room left over. They charge quickly, as I found out at 1am in a panic. Normally I hate gel earbuds and they never fit? These ones? Perfect out the box. Come with natural noise cancellation which is great for sleep.I don't bother with the app. The product is still worth it just for night music listeners like me. The sound quality is a couple of notches below apple airpods/wired headphones imo, but better than most wireless headphones I've used. I didn't even get these on sale, but it was worth it at full price.

These new earbuds are great and do exactly as advertised. However, this is my second pair. The first pair - now 9 months old - only have a battery life of 3 hours.

Wirecutter recommended these so thought I'd give them a try. Even though there are tons of options for white noise, somehow they all sound like really grating TV static instead of more like a soothing box fan noise (I tried them all, I promise!) As noted, they are not noise cancelling, so didn't really help with the loud construction. I like that they're small and can be used for side sleepers, but these didn't work for me sadly.

Wow! I've got a pair of space one's (cup headphones) and they have been amazing so had no issues in looking at other models. Wanted something to help me sleep at night, and as the other alternative was over three times the price I bought these. They have over delivered on everything. They're tiny, comfortable, can't feel them in ear when sleeping (I'm a side sleeper) sound is amazing! Obviously don't expect mega base, but more than enough to use out and about as well. Clear sound, battery so far has been as described.Only negatives I've experienced so far is the sleep sensor for the relaxing sounds seems to be off an kicks in mid song as I'm listening to tunes in bed. Besides that currently my go to buds. Would buy again. Let's see how they last in the long run as they replaced my Samsung buds that I've had for nearly 9 years.

These do not drown out my wife's snoring completely. Not sure God could do that at this point. Though if she's reading this, I wouldn't say no to some divine intervention!!Listening to music, they aren't any better than any others I've tried for sleeping and to be honest, probably a bit worse for drowning out the snoring. I was able to put together my own sleep sound using the options in their app though, and that goes a long way to helping. Not perfect, can still hear it but most of the time it's enough. As far as comfort though, I'd say they are hands down the most comfortable I've ever tried sleeping with and I have tried a bunch of different ones.

I have tried a lot off products of this ilk designed for sleeping, and these ear buds are my favorite so far. They fit comfortably in the ear and have a bunch of different sizes of ear bud and the other part (don’t know what it’s called) to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. They are considerably smaller/less bulky than other ear buds, and have very good sound quality. I am a side sleeper and unlike many other products I’ve tried these are comfortable while I’m sleeping on my side, the sound is excellent, and my bed partner can’t hear anything. They are also very good at cancelling out extraneous sounds. They’re easy to connect to a phone or tablet via Bluetooth, and I downloaded the free app for the product, which has a number of different sleep and relaxation sounds programmed in. You can even layer music or sounds you like together-add white noise or water sounds or whatever you like to music or anything else that puts you to sleep. I’m partial to brown or pink noise. I also like that you can set an alarm on these. As a night shift worker I depend on my sleep and need to be able to fall asleep and stay asleep before and after mg shifts, and these help me meet that requirement. They are a very good quality and well worth the money. The only problem, and it’s not really a big deal, is that they do need to be recharged after nearly every use. They are a little confusing to get into their case, but I found AirPods equally confusing, and they snap in magnetically so once the are in you can be sure they are in correctly. A great product at a reasonable price-I highly recommend these.

Absolute trash. I've had to send three sets of these back with exactly the same fault. Over time, the volume drops lower and lower to the point you can't hear them any more with the volume switched right to maximum. Only generally happens on one earpiece at a time. After speaking to a couple of other people with them, they've had exactly the same problem. Considering a price tag of around £100, 3 to 6 months usage is just bad. I'd avoid these and look elsewhere personally.

If you’re looking for a pair of sleep earbuds that truly deliver on comfort and battery life, the Soundcore Sleep A20 Earbuds by Anker are a standout choice. I’ve worn them all night, even as a side sleeper, and they’re so comfortable I often forget they’re in my ears. The battery life is impressive-easily lasting through the night (and then some), so you don’t have to worry about them dying before your alarm goes off.One of my favorite features is the configurable EQ in the Soundcore app, which lets you tweak the sound signature to your liking. There’s a preset that softens loud noises and balances the sound, which is perfect for narrated audio or podcasts I like to fall asleep to. The built-in library of white noise and nature sounds is another plus, and you can even save a selection directly to the earbuds, so you don’t need your phone nearby or worry about notifications waking you up.On the downside, I found the touch controls a bit too sensitive-they’d sometimes trigger accidentally as I moved in my sleep. Thankfully, you can disable them, which I did since I keep my phone close for any media or volume adjustments anyway. If there’s one thing I’d love to see in a future version, it’s active noise cancellation. I know that’s a tall order in such a tiny and comfortable form factor, but it would be a game changer for blocking out even more ambient noise.Overall, the Soundcore Sleep A20 Earbuds are a fantastic investment if you value a good night’s sleep and want a customizable, comfortable, and reliable solution for bedtime audio. On site note: If you're having trouble making an account in the app, it might be because you had a Eufy account at some point. Apparently Anker and Eufy share the same authentication system, so if you have one, you have both. That was my only pain point in setting up the device, and caused me to scratch my head for a few.
