I bought two of them one failed in a month the next one failed after 7 months and been saving to get two more amps but not from here and I see now they changed to renewed and not new when I bought mine

Second amp to fail with no warning or reason. Amp was professionally installed on a Goldwing motorcycle that is garage kept (especially the last 5 months due to cold temperatures) had been working fine for 8 months and then completely quit without any modifications whatsoever only 2-3 minutes after the ignition was turned on. I know these are popular in the motorcycle community but, I can’t seem to get a good one. Definitely going with another brand. It’s powers on (verified by the blue LED but in the middle of riding after only 2-3 minutes, all sound stopped.

The return was easy and that pleased me. The efforts to find out that I had a bad unit was not easy and wasted a fair bit of my time. No trouble returning and i did appreciate that.
