The taser part works just fine and is easy to charge. However this does not look like lipstick, due to its size it looks more like a fancy vibrator 😂

Functions as flashlight. Looks like lipstick container (for large lips). Purchased for my daughter for college. she feels comfortable walking at night, knowing it is in her purse. Fortunately, she has never had to use it. Great for the price.
