I purchased this item and the first time I used the mosaic glass nipper the screws fell out and the blades fell off. The screws are too small for the holes and will not secure. Consequently they item is useless. Even the spare screws that were supplied are too small. I will be returning this item unless I can screws to fit. I do NOT recommend this item at all. It is EXTREMELY poor quality.
