arrived timely, properly packaged - generally satisfied - seems to be a reload/remfg item which was not clear to me from the advertisements prior to my buying it - but it works, cost was good & I would probably buy another when needed from this seller.

There is no ink in the cartridge. The quality of the printout from this supposed to be new cartridge was worse than my old one. I had to switch it back to my old one and printed my needed 2 pages. I have to return it. Never buy from speedy ink again.

This "new" drum is causing our printer to jam on every other page printed!
