Rudi was my teacher's teacher and a spiritual genius. I've read this book over and over again and am still digesting it and learning from it. Profound wisdom and teachings on every page.

Rudi is Rudi. You either love him or not. He was very awake, however.

I am still reading it and have seen the Rudi movie DVD. What got me interested in Rudi was something that a spiritual teacher that I had listened to back in the '80's had said. When Rudi died, he (for lack of a better explanation) exploded outward, absorbing the fates of the other three passengers. It was a horrific plane crash, yet, only Rudi died (dictating a "deeper surrender" before his physical demise). The others walked away with minor injuries. As to what the spiritual teacher said during his service: "When most people die, they suck energy out of the world, when yogis die, the send energy out into the world." Rudi's death showed to me what a great and true teacher he was and is (through this written work and the DVD).
