Miserable to operate. I hired a solar professional and after paying him over $400 to program two in parralel It still did not work. He and I had to decipher the meaning of the text which is a little confusing because it’s a translation. Bottom line, lots of time and money for nothing. Using the videos did not help. I obtained software upgrades from customer support but the files are missing the driver install. I’m about the destroy them and say good bye to $2000 and buy a more expensive, better, and easier unit. Another solar installer who installed my panels thinks these are POS. I wish I could return them but I’m outside the return window. Don’t waste your time and money.After many hours and days later, almost 50 back and forth emails with tech support, and having another electrician take a look, we figured out the problem. The schematics in both units are incorrect. Only one communication cable is needed. The electrician forgot the hard copies of the manual so he found an online version that showed only one cable. Good luck if you buy one of these.
