When I received the package, it was a large box, which had been torn open in several areas, some large tears.I was really concerned because I was afraid that the toboggan sled inside might have been damaged or scratched. So, I opened the box, and discovered that the sled was in great shape, so I breathed a sigh of relief. I will say that the packing and handling of these packages has got to be better then what I received. It has to improve for a better grade.
