Make sure you know you are getting a 7” springform pan. I was happy to see this smaller size as I like making cheesecakes but it’s usually just for me and my husband, so this one is the perfect size. This springform pan is stainless steel, it’s very sturdy and well made. It provides a tight seal so I had no issues with any leaking. It has an easy release mechanism that works well. I washed my pan by hand and it was easy to clean. Very happy with it.

Make sure you know the dimensions before you buy this. The manufacturer is very upfront about it: it's a 7-in diameter, which is perfect for a smaller size cheesecake or other baked good. But it is not large enough for a standard regular cake. If you're looking for the smaller size, this is very good quality. The metal used is sturdy, which means durable, it's constructed well, and the spring mechanism works flawlessly. Recommended.
