Very easy to use, even when gutter is full of water it clears the downspout. No more ladders and no more cold wet mucky hands. Haven't used it yet for mounting holiday lights, but seems it will do the that easily enough.

The Sputter is one of the best tools on the market. I use it on my own property continuously and it does the trick every single time! Great idea! Worked perfectly for clearing my 2nd floor downspout, and I never had to get up on the roof (or even off the ground). Simply attached to an extension pole and poked through/scraped away the debris that had been lodged in the downspout where it came down from the gutter.
