I’d buy more expensive, better made wedges.These are not very durable. They also slide and move about.

I just recently learned about the knees over toes guy and ATG, so I’m not even sure what exercises to do yet, but even just standing on them feels amazing. It gives you this incredible stretch in your calves.

it does what it's supposed to but it's so lightweight I'm not sure how durable. It looks like it's a really dense type of styrofoam. I doubt it will wear out under normal workout conditions but I'll update if it does.

I bought these for my husband after he was using 2x4s for calf raises. Now he can do stable squats and calf raises. Great product and love that they are adjustable.
