Product worked perfectly. The seller far exceeded the shipping timeframe. This was greatly appreciated as we were without our pellet stove heat and we were experiencing temps in the mid-teens. Would definitely recommend and we have kept their contact card to order again.

Great price on this auger motor for a St Croix Prescott stove, about half what the local dealer wanted. Exact same motor as the one that came out of my stove. If your motor has failed (always check the control board output as well), it takes about an hour to replace. The hardest part is contorting your body to reach behind the stove - the actual replacement is just a few bolts and connections. Make sure your hopper is empty before pulling out the auger (common sense I know.....but just in case)
