Fit my 2004 Chrysler Crossfire and installed easily. There was a pretty significant improvement in steering feel after installing, I am the third owner but it was presumably the original factory damper still installed, so this made a big difference. Actually tightened the steering feel while also preventing it from jerking all over the road on uneven pavement.

Fits well and does the job. Longevity to be determined.

worked great, a direct replacement for my slk32. old one out with 2 bolts removed and this one replaced back in without any problems. really can't tell any difference even with this stabilus replacement bigger diameter than the original, was hoping for more rigid steering. not sure if needed for replacement since i only have 55,000 miles on the original.

Great product. Once the car was on top of the ramps, it took me less than 10 minutes to install this part.

Perfect fit for my r170 slk. Original was completely and totally shot, though no visible signs of seepage, nor obvious adverse symptoms. Discovered the slop in the dampener when replacing drag link (with Lemforder) due to an inner joint with play. Can feel the difference.

I believe this part is made by Bilstein, but I am not sure nowadays. Everyone claims to be the original manufacturers supplier. To actually write a meaningful review, it is much too early in the game. Those dampers are supposed to be replaced every 60,000 Miles.I don't know if I am still around when this happens. The one I took out was merely a bicycle airpump. It had absolutely no damping effect. Unfortunately, I have no repair history of this vehicle and am guessing that it was the first one, since it had the Boge logo embossed. If so, it was in there for 220,000 miles, not bad I'd say. With new one? I don't know! So far it dramatically improved handling and you can actually feel the damping.
