I’m so impressed with the overall quality & comfort of these dress shoes!I got these for a wedding, and honestly I had super low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised when I first opened the box and tried them on. The sole inserts are amazing, so comfortable, and I have problematic feet and typically need orthotics and always have a really hard time finding shoes. I can’t recall wearing a pair of dress shoes that looked this nice and was this comfortable to wear. Also note these are about 25% cheaper on Amazon then I found elsewhere

So this is an ok looking dress shoe. The bare toe of the shoe is burnished. The colour and feel of the leather is my issue. The colour looks painted on. The leather is very thin, yielding to my finger pressure easily, and with creases. I assume it has been sanded to remove any imperfections. This is a common practise on lower-cost shoes. To me, the shoes have a "plastic" look to them, and I don't think they will take a polish well, will scratch easily, and that damage will not be easily repaired.Don't get me wrong. These shoes look much more expensive on the foot, especially when you are not holding them in your hands. With its' stitched welt, it shows well on the foot. I was just not a fan of either the colour, or the leather used.
