I had a purpose in getting the water light. Its a lot smaller than was expected. Its the size of the palm of your hand. The batteries to the controller were dead on arrival but, you really don't need it. The water is pretty realistic to some degree compared to the expensive models out there. Many color options, and a strobe (which makes no sense to me). Nice for water effects on walls, furniture, or for your dj setup.

These lights seem well made, but they do NOT stay on the color you choose for them. Every time you power down, and turn it back on, it returns to the factory default which is cycling through all the color options.However after playing with the remote and trying everything (there are VERY limited instructions included), I found that if when you toggle to the color you like, you can press and hold the "Timer" button. The light will quickly flash and lock the color. AS LONG AS YOU ONLY USE THE REMOTE to turn it on and off. If you unplug from power, you lose the setting. I hope this helps!?

This light sets a nice underwater effect on the surroundings, which the colors can be varied to your liking. I wish there was a bit more customization in the color choice, but the defaults definitely deliver on the ocean vibe.For the money it can't be beat, but if it was more expensive and had app control or timers it would be even better.

Everything about these lights are awesome, except for the speed. You can't really slow it down enough to get a relaxing shimmer affect. Otherwise they are fantastic. You'll need at least 2 to light up a 10x10 room enough.

I don’t know how they make something of this high quality for this price. I really didn’t expect the case to be made of metal. Bright, easy to control and very professional looking, I’ll likely pick up another to cover my entire room. Five stars!

This light is so great! Doing a scary campground for Halloween and will have a blue tarp coming from my roof to simulate a water fall. With this excellent light shining on the tarp it will look like water is moving. Terrific color, brightness and movement!
