I wish it was bigger but it does the job for a quick craving of Shawarma sandwiches. Easy to use and easy to clean.

While we got this primarily for pastor, it works great for other options as well. Even doing "beer can" style chicken. The different skewer lengths are a must have, since if a lower rack in the oven is in use we can use a shorter skewer. This also works well for other meats, I've found I really like it to make thinly sliced and marinated chicken breasts on the spit to make chicken gyros. Using our Convection Roast setting on the oven is perfect, it gets a nice browning on the edges and keeps the meat tender and only takes a minute or two to pop back in to brown the next layer. Definitely a nice tool to have for those who like meat on a spit without the extra tools. The pan keeps any drips from making a mess.
