Cats absolutely love this fountain. They completely ignored the other ways they had of getting water to use it. They already had a different fountain but something about this one captivated them. The capacity of a gallon of water helped out alot with 3 thirsty cats. I can't even hear this fountain run.

Well this was a good product for about 4 months, it should have lasted a little longer for the price. I just cleaned it again, replace filter to put back on the base and the pump will not turn on nor the internal light. I think the problem is in the base for charging. The plugs are located way too low on the unit to remain safely out of any minor water spillage my cats may cause. POOR DESIGN. I tried to get some answers as to any product warranty and that was USELESS.

My ceramic cat bowls keep getting icky. I wanted to swap to stainless steel while also being able to offer running water.I love this fountain because the stainless steel is great at keeping the water crisp and clean. I can go long periods between fills and just scrub out the bowl once a week. I never have to worry about my cat not having fresh flowing water.It was super easy to put together and runs very quietly. It only makes noise when the water level is getting low.I really recommend for how much water it retains and how cleanly it keeps!

This is working well for the cats. It is a bit noisy with the water sounds but that’s to be expected given what the fountain is supposed to do. I don’t mind the sound at all. It’s like having a babbling creek in the kitchen. Nice, soothing sound.I use water already filtered by my Zero pitcher. And change the water every other day.The seller contacted me when I had a question about possibly not using the filter. They recommended to use the provided filter to keep the water clean and extend the life of the motor.

The top “bowl” area is much shallower than I expected. It is deep enough for my cats, however not for my doxie. It is maybe 1/2” deep and a dog’s tongue needs a deeper bowl. My cats like the idea of circulating water and are drinking more water. I like the stainless steel construction, and the cleaning is straightforward. It is difficult to tell the water level from the “gauge” on the front, the light makes it hard to see. An actual gauge would be better. Basically if the water stream is smaller, it’s getting low.

Overall: definitely worth the price and, out of 3 water fountains I have tried, this one is BY FAR the best.Pros:Quiet, easy to clean, keeps water clean, easy maintenance, large capacity, amazing customer service, 2 year warranty, motion sensor, can run on battery or wall power, picky cats love it, unique spout, amazing value for priceCons:Motion sensor area is large, causing it to trigger when a cat isn't using it sometimesFull review.SUPER quiet and easy to clean. The stainless steel fountain detaches from the base so you can wash it in the sink. The water is kept in a separate compartment that goes through a filter before it pours out. I really like that as it keeps my cats' water clean. Holds a huge amount of water too. Enough to last my 5 cats about a week.Comes with a 2 year warranty! I had an issue with the product's electronic components, and was quickly issued a replacement by the seller. They even upgraded me to the app-connected one so I can monitor the health of the new fountain and get low water alerts. Highly recommend this fountain (but you should get the app connected one by the same seller)!I am so happy with this purchase. When I clean the fountain, there is so much gunk on the filter that otherwise would be in my cats' stomachs!!! Having multiple cats means they're all getting their germs and stinkiness in the water so I'm very happy that it gets filtered out. I love not needing to change the water every single day.P.S. My cat Shadow who only likes to drink from the sink loves this fountain. The spout design mimics a faucet which is very unique and unlike other cat fountains.
