Works great for cheese!I love to do just cheese and crackers for lunch while at work, and this is so much easier than cutting it with a knife! The slices are even, straight, and it is much faster to get through a block in just a few minutes. It is small enough to keep in the drawer, and easy to clean. Definitely a good purchase.

This cheese slicer is not very heavy. It has a nice stainless steel texture and comes with multiple replacement wires if needed. Looks pretty easy to clean and use. I like the grid on top to make different size uniform cheese cuts.
