So far I really like this, it was easy to use and easy to clean. I like that it has measurements on it, i had to laugh at myself because at first I couldnt understand why someone would need to measure their cheese but then i realized this could be used for other things like soap. The the whole thing, even the wire was pretty easy to clean (the wire just comes off and you can rinse it with a sponge). It also comes with a couple of extra replacement wires for when the first one wears down.

I’ve been using this cheese slicer for a few weeks now, and it has become my go-to tool for slicing not just cheese but also vegetables and even soap-making batches! At first I liked this slicer then the second time I used it the wire stretched and fell out. It's not like I was cutting frozen cheese, just regular cheddar and swiss. The way the wires attach to the slicer and the way the wires are designed is terrible. Look at other options.
