I used this to make french toast and parts of the toast stuck. So, pan is not fully non-stick. However, it did clean up easily after a breif soak.I did find some manufacturing flaws in the handle and pan. Several dents and rough areas in the handle especially. The pan comes separated from the handle that is easily attached with the provided tool.I was very excited for this pan and was let down.

For me this was disappointing I have had a set of pans with what looks like the same coating for five years now and they still look nice. I was hoping these would be similar and I was so excited to try this. I have only cooked one thing on it and the oil burned on the edge so bad I can’t scrub it off. The cooking area seams ok and it cooks fine. This griddle looks like it has 10 years of use instead of only one time. I’m not impressed with this and I wouldn’t recommend it.

This is a shallow, non-stick pan made for cooking crepes. The typical egg-based crepe batter requires good skills but also proper temperatures and a great pan. This pan is definitely up for the challenge, and creates perfect crepes.Simply adding an extremely thin layer of batter in this non-stick pan and applying heat will get you a very thin pancake that is also very strong. The pan is also fine for cooking things such as grilled cheese sandwiches and even meats, but since it is so good at doing crepes I'm going to save it for just that particular type of food.Overall if you are interested in cooking very thin pancakes, this pan is highly recommended. Sure you can cook almost anything in it as long as it's not too liquidy, since it is a shallow pan, but I recommend getting this only for omelettes, crepes, and similar very thin batter-based foods. The non-stick coating is very powerful, and when paired with a wooden or silicone spatula, will peel any sticky batter right off without any damage.

Unfortunately, I'm somewhat unhappy with the performance of this stainless-steel, non-stick, or should I say, "STICK" crepe pan. In appearance, it resembled one of my HEXCLAD HYBRID non-stick pans. but honestly, I didn't expect it to come close in quality of a high-end pan such as that. Afterall, when it was offered to me, the price was set at $45.99, and that doesn't come close to the cost of a high-end one. And currently it's being offered for $19.99, WOW and WOW, what a difference! With all of that aside, I'll state my take on it. Letting the pan preheat, as I do with all my pans, then adding a little canola oil before placing some small, mashed potatoes pancakes onto it, cooking them on medium heat. All five of the small potato pancakes stuck and not only that, but the canola oil also browned badly, becoming like a stuck-on film onto the pan. I thought, oh, oh, NOT GOOD! With other non-stick cookware I have in my arsenal, I never had that problem. With this pan, what a different story! I just put the pan to the side and pulled out one of my old faithful's, to complete my breakfast cooking. I had to soak it, adding baking soda to the water for softening. Of course this was done, after it was completely cool, Then I washed it with DAWN dish soap, and some more baking soda. Not easily removed! Not giving up on it, I gave it a second try with some turkey burgers, Ugh! Same thing, after preheating it, and some olive oil on medium heat, it happened again! Adamant to succeed, I tried a third time with French toast, NOPE, that neither.Giving it some thought, maybe it could that it's constructed of a 430 stainless steel. Even though, 430 stainless steel is lower in nickel content making it safer, and it is food grade. But also, 430, it is not as resistant to corrosion as other grades of stainless steel, such as 304 or 316. It is known for its durability, and affordability. I just decided to put it away for now, until I'm ready to try one more time.I appreciate the fact that it's 100% free for PFOA, PFAS, lead or cadmium. Because a toxin free and safety benefits, are something I look for in products, but they need to perform to be of good value to anyone. With all things considered, sadly I have to state, I cannot agree to recommend this crepe pan with the experiences I've had. 😒

This was a $46 pan when I ordered it but it is now priced at $21.99. At this price, I think it is a great pan. At nearly $50, maybe not so much. It is easy to clean and free of toxic materials. I do use a little tallow, ghee, or butter when I cook.

Shipping was ok, item arrived with no issues. I was skeptical of this pan at firs as I have not used a pan specifically like this. The pan lives up to its name and does what it is designed to do. One of the things really like abut this pan is the edges of it, there is not big curve to try to maneuver around, just place your spatula underneath and flip the pancakes over. Overall excellent item that works as designed.
