This is a great cutting board. I feel confident using the stainless steel side for cutting meat and raw meat especially. Wood and plastic boards were making me anxious about bacteria. The board is light weight and easy to clean and get in and out of the cupboard. I like the flip side for chopping vegetables. Perfect solution for a good cutting board!

I just received this today, the appearance is nice, it was easy to clean. I did use it but not extensively . So all I can say is I’m hopeful going forward it will meet all my expectations.
