So far so good on my '2011 Crown Victoria. Has been about 6 months/8,000 miles and working just fine.If I can get 1/2 the life out of this one I did off the OEM (184,000 miles on vehicle) I will be happy.Not all that hard to replace, just be careful when tightening the EGR connection, my son broke the EGR tube when tightening it with a little too much force.

Never buy a standard product. It’s all trash. My car ran better with the 20 year old egr valve that was stuck closed. Put this on and the the valve immediately stuck open. Car wouldn’t even idle. Got excessive egr flow code after 15 seconds. Had to put the old one back on. I work as a tech, wouldn’t have even made it to the shop with this junk installed. Spend the extra 50$ and get the motorcraft part

Installed this on a 204 Lincoln Town Car with a 4.6. The part matched 100%. Additional tools needed are a 1-1/16 open end or a 27mm open end. A crowsfoot would work. Also a 10mm socket, for the bracket over the pipe and the egr valve retaining bolts.

Worked great for 11 months. Now I am having the same problem as before, and apparently there isn't a warranty listed on the item. For $130 bucks I would hope to get more time out of it.... maybe I will contact the seller and see if there is a warranty not listed.

I ordered a cheaper EGR Valve from another supplier. The first one cleared the code i initially had but set a new "low flow" code. They shipped a replacement which set the same code. I returned it and bought this one. It worked as soon as it was installed, cleared my check engine light and let my car pass the state emissions test. Good product, quick delivery , I'm happy.
