This is an alternative kit I ordered after initially getting a curved pole mounting kit. The curved pole mounting kit was a bit longer, however as I had decided to mount my starlink dish onto my house antenna tower using a pipe adaptor, I realized I would need a straight pipe mounting kit so it stays straight.whe. i recieved this kit, I was very surprised to see that it actually has a way more heavy duty base (thicker alloy, bigger hardware bolts) and spare hardware parts as well. The instructions were very clear and I was able to setup the mounting kit in 20 minutes or so. The angle tilt once it's setup was super useful as it allowed me to align my starlink gen 3 dish to the perfect angle as required by the app for the best performance. This straight pipe also fits the universal pipe adapter so it worked beautifully!5/5 highly recommend for anyone hooking up their gen 3 starlink dish to a roof or antenna tower!

The height adjustment worked well, letting me tweak it from 2.1 to 4 feet for a clear signal while camping. I liked how stable it felt on uneven ground with the butterfly lock. The carry bag made it easy to pack up after use. It handled my dish’s weight without any trouble.Opportunities:I found the tripod a bit heavy , which was noticeable when hauling it around. The black finish scratched up after one trip, so it looked worn quickly. I had to mess with the screws more than I expected to keep the dish from shifting in wind. The price felt steep for what I got.Bottom Line:It kept my dish steady and adjustable, but it’s heavy and pricey.

Even know its advertised for a roof mount, I believe it could also be mounted on the outside wall. Provided you mounted it close enough to the roof. You don't want any obstructions. It came with all the screws and bolts to mount the kit easily. It arived quickly. Unfortunately the day it arrived we got alot of snow, so I can't mount it untill spring.

I recently used this Starlink Gen 3 Tripod Stand for my Starlink setup, and it works pretty well. It was easy to install and adjust, and the tripod feels sturdy, with a solid build that can handle some weight. The adjustable height (from 2.1 to 4 feet) helped me get good satellite reception, even when camping in the outdoors. It also comes with a handy carry bag for easy transport, which is great for RV trips. The only thing to keep in mind is that the setup can be a bit bulky, but it's still manageable for outdoor use.

The 120° adjustable design made it easy to get the perfect angle for a strong, stable signal. Installation was straightforward with good hardware included, and it fits the Gen 3 standard dish perfectly. My only minor complaint is that the instructions could be a little clearer, especially for first-time installers. Overall, a great, reliable mount that keeps my Starlink secure even during heavy winds — highly recommend!

This is a good, well-made portable tripod for your Starlink Satellite dish. The tubing is a nice caliber, and the friction grips seem to be well made. The unit is adjustable in height, but stays pretty low to the ground. It has an Allen wrench to secure the mounting bracket to the pole, and the unit comes with a carry tote. There is a pin to take the weight off the friction grip, and has a little slot to place the pin when not in use.

The stand is sturdy and has held up through strong winds and rain with no issues or extra weights. We live in the Ozark Mountains, and it gets very windy as high up as we are. Surprisingly, when the grill has scooted across the deck during windy times, this stand (with the dish on it) has remained standing in one place and has not moved. It is extremely easy to use and fits naturally with the Gen 3 Starlink dish. It's also easy to pack up and comes with a carrying bag, so it's very portable, which I love.
