The general, overall construction and design detail are very good. The thick plastic used is quite rigid without being brittle. There is only very slight flexibility when pressed down in the center when closed. The raised ridges on the cover not only give the case a great look, but they also add to the structural integrity. There are smooth rectangular areas in the center surface of both the top and bottom of the case, which is perfect for attaching content and/or use labels. There are also four oval shaped raised areas on the bottom that act as feet. I appreciate the large, protruding plastic sections molded into the body of the case, directly below the hinges. The outward faces of the sections are flat, so they provide a very stable surface when sitting vertically on the ground, which I really like. Another thing I like is the use of 1/8” stainless steel pins as pivots for the hinges, handle and latches. I always prefer metal for these high friction areas.Speaking of latches, the design of the ones on this case have a very interesting feature. Each latch has a spring loaded lock in the center, which needs to be pulled down to free it enough to rock the lever portion up.The interior has a high-density custom foam insert which accommodates the dish and accessories. The only weird thing is that the insert in my case was not completely level when it was glued in. Most of the foam edge was flush with the plastic wall of the main compartment except in the very back where it was a little high, but not enough to interfere with operation.Like most similar waterproof hard cases, there is also a ledge around the circumference of the lid which slots into the gasket filled groove in the base. This does a great job of keeping water out.All things considered, I think this is a great case.

This case’s foam inserts are custom-cut to fit a Starlink Mini, but because those components are basically fairly big rectangular shapes it actually can be used just as easily for any other gear you can think of similar or smaller size — hard drives, other computer equipment, workshop tools, fishing supplies, hydroponic gardening parts, a mini drone, camera equipment, you name it. Made out of relatively thick, sturdy plastic that’s hard/tough but with a tiny bit of flex (hopefully enough to make it shatter/crack resistant), with secure latches and a foam interior — it should do a good job of keeping your stuff safe, weather you’re just storing it on a shelf in the garage or taking it on a camping trip or bringing it to a work site.As another reviewer mentioned, it’s similar to a Pelican Case in terms of style and function, although not nearly as high-end as true Pelican Case (which are a premium, gold-standard sort of case for camera/movie gear) — but seemingly more durable than lower-end equivalents. The current list price is high for what it is, but when on sale it’s a more readable deal, and more affordable than the highest-end equivalents while still maintaining quality components like a water-resistant seal along the rim, a very tight closure, a rubberized comfort grip on the handle, a spot for an optional padlock, and the ability to stand the case upright on the built-in plastic feet (although another reviewer correctly noted that the plastic feet seem to be designed for possibly holding nicer rubber feet, which aren’t included). The foam inserts on the top and bottom of the case are likewise of decent but not the greatest quality — in that they are certainly thicker/denser/more-protective than low-end equivalents (e.g., the foam feels like it should last a while and springs back nicely when pressed — it doesn’t feel like it’s going to turn to fall a part and turn dust in a couple of years the way cheap foam inserts can be), but, again, they don’t feel like the highest-end components either — just reasonably tough and adequate, about what one would expect on the better end of the generic-case spectrum. As another reviewer noted, the inserts are glued in, for better or worse — handy in that they’re not going to fall out by accident when you’re opening the case, but annoying if you want to quickly swap the inserts out to accommodate different sized gear. The inserts could probably be torn out without too much effort, but would likely be ripped up in the process, so if you chose to pull the inserts out even temporarily, you’ll likely need to create new inserts of your own afterward. The case itself wouldn’t be damaged either way, as it appears to just be some gobs of basic glue holding the inserts in.

This is a very good case. It's made of thick and durable plastic. The phone is cut to fit the starlink very tightly. I'm particularly fond of the latches. They have a cam action when you're closing them. The only thing that I don't like is that the adapter is difficult to get out because it fits so tight. The gasket seems to be glued in and made of some kind of foam instead of rubber. Overall I think this is a great case and worth the price.

Like I mentioned, I Paid for this case, NO Free Vine Gift Here. That said, it's a keeper, super solid, nice latches, lots or extra storage room for cables and adapters. I upgraded from a semi hard/soft case that was working well but I was never completely confident when packing stack etc in my RV. No worries anymore, case is a solid hard plastic type construction, super solid foam cut out, I don't know what the foam material is called but it's a real nice solid foam that won't flake or easily tear. The cut outs are perfect, everything fits as it should. Under the Starlink MINI, at the bottom of the case theres ample storage. I have the original long cable, the 5 meeter shorter usb cable, a aux port car charger cable AND two 100W usb c chargers. Under the pipe adapter I have the pipe adapter insert and some other little adapters. This case fits it ALL in a nice tight safe compact footprint. I've only had It one day but based on the many drone and camera hard cases I already own, I feel this one will last and is a keeper, solid construction all around. So for zero complaints. Will update if any issues arise. Very happy with my purchase.
