Fantastic product I wish I ordered it a long time ago. Install took me about 15 minutes and program was only a minute or two. Came with great instructions and instructional video. Was completely plug and play to have in working order. I did how ever wire in running lights and hood pin which is optional.

Product was really easy to install, a better install video would be nice. My only negative so far is the delay in start. After hitting the lock 3 times, there is a 5-7 second delay before it starts. It would have 5 stars if it had a better install video and less delay in starting.

A friend of mine purchased a startx for his wife for christmas and he was telling me about it so I hopped on amazon and looked up my make/model. It seemed really inexpensive compared to other units I looked at previously and 200-300 less than I was quoted at a shop! I decided to take a chance.Before I started, startx had a youtube video that walked through a jeep specific installation process for my model. It gave me the lay of the land so i knew what to expect. Once I was in the car installing the unit, they had a pamphlet that walked me through hooking up the wires and how to program the unit. It was so easy! Literally the longest part of the installation process was me finding my torx screwdriver in my toolbag to remove a cover plate. start to finish it took me 15 minutes to install the unit. (not including my search for the screwdriver).I am very impressed. It works perfectly!! Once it gets cold I'll just hit my lock button 3 times and the engine will start right up and give me a warm car!ps.. I didn't rate the tech support because I didn't need it. it was easy to install right out of the box!
