I wanted to love, love, love this steamer. Unfortunately it has not worked out that way. The very small piece that is supposed to hold the water inside leaks. Although it’s easy to use and gets very hot, the water leaks out all over the clothes so you must use the steamer when the clothes are laying flat…which kinda defeats the purpose of me buying a steamer instead of a traditional iron. You cannot old it like the picture shows without the water dripping all over.

Came already open in box and the product was dirty like it had been used. There was also no cup for filling the steamer. I haven’t used it, but I’m disappointed in the way the item arrived.

This steamer may be small, but it is definitely mighty! I ordered it for a business trip to Japan and it worked like a dream. I have a really nice full-size steamer I had been using at home, but this little beauty has replaced it. I love it so much that I decided to buy a second one so I can keep it packed in my go bag at all times. Another really cool feature is that I can use it as a traditional iron as well. It heats up really quickly and gets hot enough to steam my clothes, but not so hot that it has burned any of my delicate fabrics another great thing about it is that it doesn’t drip water everywhere like some of the other steamers I’ve owned. I definitely recommend buying this.
