Your cart is empty. The STEELMAN PRO 97890 10mm Swivel Head 3/8-Inch Drive, 9-Inch Impact Extension Socket was designed to get into hard-to-reach spaces where maximum power is needed. This metric extension socket is made of high strength, heat treated 4140 chromoly steel with a black oxide finish. The knurled shaft allows for easy hand-starting and tightening of fasteners to prevent cross-threading. The pinless joint design transfers more useable torque to fasteners than a universal joint design, and also provides safety from flying projectiles that such designs can create upon failure. The socket head can pivot up to 30 degrees, providing a high degree of flexibility and allowing for a wide range of applications.

Bought this to replace one that i lost from a more expensive brand. Does the job just fine and i also like the knurling on the extension.

A little bit disappointed with their overall finish but it is an impact tool I thought of the black glossy finish but it is black mat due to the design allows for easier access without all the extra bulk to reach certain bolts Will buy again if needed

Ok so I had a snap on 10 mm same as this I lost it so I didnt want to pay 80$ for a new one found this and first impression it's a little bulky and the swivel isnt as much as the snap on one was but this will get the job done I'll probably shave down the extension portion so i can fit in tight spaces which is what I used the snap on one for ... I recomend this trust me if you dont have it get it its very handy and get a 12mm those are 2 common ones

I love this product! It gives you access in tight places that even a swivel socket won’t reach because this product is smaller in diameter at the swivel plus the socket is part of the extension so it won’t fall like a normal swivel socket that goes flying off when using with an impact gun. I am a professional diesel technician and I will be purchasing other sizes of this product. It would work great on transmission bolts.

I use this to set a 16mm welding cap with a hammer. Takes a hard beating and shows almost no sign of wear despite heavy abuse. Has not rusted despite getting covered in water daily.

Yeah, these work much better than the antiquated universal joint style. Wish they weren't so expensive, would buy more.... They could be improved with a nice thick chrome finish instead of the black oxide, as they would be easier to clean.
