There's a bunch of cheap wheel sets out there, but this set isn't one of them. Every part of these wheels feels substantial and built to last. Installation is super easy. Wheel locks lock both swivel AND rotation!Very nice! Mounted these on two heavy industrial work tables, and they can now roll around with almost no effort.

I picked up the package and immediately knew they were going to be heavy-duty casters, I opened the box and was not disappointed, yes the wheels are a hard plastic but that's okay, as I am replacing the tiny casters that came with my Pitboss Savannah, However if you do decide to purchase Casters for your smoker make sure you order the right size stem and thread count, I had already re-tapped mine to accommodate the 1/2"-13 size stems because I had 3 Casters with that size stem already and thought I would be ablecto purchase a maching caster but after searching I simply could not find a match so I bought this set of 4 and am so very glad I did, these are going to work perfectly for moving my smoker across the back yard when needed.

I bought these 3" stem casters to install on my Harbor Freight Pedestal Shop Fan. They appear to be good quality and work well in this application. I drilled holes in the metal fan base large enough so the tops of the casters would sit directly on the base. These casters have the unique feature of no fixed nut on top of the stem, which allows you to mount the top of the caster directly to the fan base. I installed some 2" OD x 1/2" ID fender washers (also purchased on Amazon) on the top of the stems to securely hold the casters to the fan's metal base. The casters are spaced wide enough on the base so the fan does not tip over while easily moving it around my shop. I highly recommend these casters from this seller.

Excellent product! Used them on a server rack for solar batteries, weighing a total of about 500 lbs. The caster wheels are sturdy and made moving the rack easy. As described, they move without noise and can travel over different types of floors. Thank you.

They work ok but wheels is just hard plastic, they are very loud and probably won't last very long for me because I take my cart across many parking lots for work. Already see small bits of plastic coming off. Lucky if I get a couple months out of these.Update Mar 12 2025At first I didn't like these wheels mainly due to being loud and cheap plastic, but they seem to be holding up pretty good. I have had several sets on my cart which hauls ice cream and gets heavy and the other wheels warps and the bearing spill out every time. Not these. The plastic is still wearing rough but still going strong.

I have the 5 inch wheels that I put on a very powerful 30 inch shop fan. Very robust, but the wheels are not very rubbery at all, somewhat hard plastic. This might make them slide across the floor when locked, though it will probably not be a problem for most uses. You really need serious washers for a good install in most applications, 2 per wheel. I bought these, expensive but really robust for any wheel with a 1/2 inch stem.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C6FPW1TZ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1

Not long ago I decided to spoil myself and buy myself a mechanic table. I bought one locally at IKEA due to the much lower shipping costs. The table is really nice - much more than I expected. The only problem was it came with 3" casters, and while it was very smooth and maneuverable, it had a real problem with my old cracked concrete floor.I saw these casters and decided to give them a try. For the price, how could I go wrong?I removed the 3" casters, drilled the mounting hole a little larger an mounted these 5 inches.What.A.Difference!Now my table goes anywhere I direct it without catching on anything. It rolls absolutely effortlessly. I weigh 300+ and the better half can wheel it around with me sitting on it without even trying! As an added bonus, with these new casters, it's the same height as my kitchen counter, so I keep it in my kitchen and the better half LOVES it because it gives her a bunch of extra space.I was going to mount a small vice on it, but she nixed that plan. LOL.This table with these casters will easily last the rest of my life.Note: Once of these had a slightly larger mounting bolt than the other three. I had to get myDremel out to expand the hole a little bit to get it in. No biggie, but a little odd.Edit 26 oct 24: I'm tickled pink with these. I like them so much I ordered a set for my small air compressor so I can roll it around my work areas.Ah, and I ordered a portable table vice and stuck it on the table. The better half says it makes a great handle to maneuver the table.lol

I purchased two set of these casters to put on a two, MEP-831A military generators. The generators are portable but are a four man carry which eliminates me from moving it by myself.I can now move the the generators around the garage and patio areas and move it to transport it in the truck. The locks on the wheels work good.I would buy again and recommend. If any issues arise I will advise.UPDATE 01-21-2024: The first two sets of four, worked so good I purchased another set for my MEP-802A generator, which is over 800 lbs. So far, so good.As always, I'll update if any issues arise.NOTE: To work for my applications I did have to buy fender washers and additional nylon lock nuts to properly fasten the casters securely to the units. I purchased stainless steel nuts and also replaced the nuts that came with the caster with stainless steel nuts.

I directly installed these on an ancient fully cast iron cabinet saw. They move it like it's nothing even over uneven garbage concrete. I was incredibly surprised. I can move the saw with two fingers. They ended up perfect for my application and the double lock (movement and rotation) makes a huge difference as well.
