We have a full house and always have a reason to need a good step stool. This one is by far everyones favorite. It's very easy to set up, and even easier to store away. It folds up easily and nicely. I love the all black look and it works great for both kid and adult. It has 2 steps so if you need a little boost, or a further reach, this is great. It doesn't wobble or lean and is sturdy all around. Very happy with the quality and durability. Would recommend.

Beautiful. Very cool. But surprisingly heavy.

Perfect size, easy to move around and folds so flat.It came with a holder for the wall, but I don't need it as it fits in the little gap next to the fridge.Very heavy duty and no assembly was required.Love the color and the ease of use.

I thought the price was high for a step ladder, but it appears to be only a little more than most others and the extra few dollars is worth it for this ladder. It is SO thin! It takes up so little vertical space, it's fantastic. This would be a great ladder to get if you live in a small apartment, dorm room, or even as an addition to camping gear. I appreciate the high weight limit as I'm a larger person and the 200 pound limit ladders worry me. The steps are nice and large, making it feel safe and more sturdy. And, because of how this folds, you can sit on the top step and use it as a chair. My other step ladder is the kind with a handle that hits you in the back when sitting on it.This is a sturdy and versatile ladder and I highly recommend it!

I got this for my wife after watching her do the “tiptoe-jump-reach-pray” maneuver one too many times trying to grab things from the top shelf. Now, with this ultra-slim step stool, she steps up like royalty ascending her aluminum throne — gracefully, confidently, and with zero risk of face-planting into the cereal boxes. This thing is STURDY. I'm talking “hold-my-beer-I-got-this” sturdy. I'm not a small man, and I tested it myself — climbed up, bounced a little, did a dramatic one-leg pose, and it didn’t flinch. With a 400 lb weight capacity, it could probably hold me, my wife, and the guilt from all the snacks we hide on the top shelf. What I love:Folds flatter than my enthusiasm for chores — great for stashing behind a door or fridge.Wide, anti-slip pedals that don’t feel like you're stepping on a buttered skateboard.Super lightweight, but built like it could survive a minor earthquake. My wife said, “This is cute. I love it,” which is the domestic equivalent of winning a gold medal.Honestly, it’s one of those purchases that makes you wonder why you didn’t get it sooner. Now my wife can safely reach her baking pans, and I can stop holding my breath every time she climbs a chair like she's auditioning for Mission: Impossible.

I am really pleased with this step stool: even though it is very thin when folded up, it is really solid and stable when it’s opened. I thought it would arrive in a bulky box, but the box it came in was was only a couple of inches thick. It comes with a wall-mounting bracket, in case you want to hang it up somewhere. But I don’t feel the need to do that—it just doesn’t take up much room at all when it’s folded. It also looks very nice.At first I tried to push or pull on the top step to open it, but the easiest way to open it is just to pull it open it at the bottom—just pull the front feet away from the back. It is easy to open and close. And it is made to hold a LOT of weight—the website says 400 lbs., although the package says that the max is 180 kg., which is actually 397 lbs. Regardless, it holds more than I would expect, and more than I’ve seen for other step stools of a similar size. The steps themselves are nice and wide, and I will feel comfortable standing on the top step to change lightbulbs.

Has wall hanger, but I like that it fits between my laundry sink and washer. Does have some edges that I would not want children to use in case of possible injury, but it’s stylish and functional.

I am not "allowed" to climb on the counters to get stuff out of our higher shelves in the kitchen (something about a broken glass jar and some stitches?). We have a wood step stool, more for form than function, but it's heavy and bulky, so I'm not as inclined to use it as I am to wait until hubby is out of earshot of my kitchen antics. This step ladder is a great solution - first, it stores easily in a closet, behind a door, behind furniture, against a wall, or you can use the wall mount that's conveniently included. Second, it's hefty but not cumbersome to carry to your spot. Third, I found it easy to open and close (with both hands) - and it gets easier as time loosens the hinges a tad. Fourth, and most importantly, it feels far safer than my wood steps (with a very slightly wobbly step), or our aluminum painting ladder (which rocks like the old swing sets of my youth). The steps are really deep, making it much more useful - you can turn sideways on the step and still have more foot coverage than either of my other solutions. The little anchor feet at the bottom do a good job keeping the ladder from wobbling side to side. This step ladder is perfect for any setting.
