Basic Mode
In this mode, is it great for the beginners who are difficult to keep balance on the stepper well. You can adapt to the machine and keep the balance to avoid falling.

This was a great buy. I am 5'7 and weigh between 240 and 260. This held my weight, no problem. Only issue is after the 3rd use it began to squeak, so i had to keep adding oil every so often. The timer/calorie counter is useless. Cheap little plastic that doesn't even mesure anything while in motion but thats the least of it. Most of those never work and are rough estimates. I walk daily and this def burnt more calories than a regular walk. You can't set the pressure but you can use your own body to set the speed you desire meaning you can step a little faster or slow down as opposed to some other machines that no matter how much you try it's the same speed becaue of all the pressure in the hydraulics. Def feel the burn in your thighs, lower legs, and if you lean in and tighten your core, your triceps and core almost like planks. If you chose not to use the bars to hold on, i find the work out a little more intense on my legs and the bungie ropes def do help tone arms but takes a bit getting used to the balancing on it. This is more for beginners looking to lose a few pounds or to build endurance for further work outs. Def helps for people with bad knees as well. Overall great machine, simple design, easy to use and it does help you burn calories faster than a regular walk in the park.

Received an open box damaged item. Damage was so bad I can’t even put it together (which seems easy to do). Machine also appears very sturdy. Sad that I will have to send back and wait for a new one. Waiting to hear back from seller.Seller issued a partial refund. I was able to put the machine together after lots of struggling. I regret the purchase as it is noisy, but that may be from the damage already done to the product.

The product was easy to install, took about 10 minutes. As for the product itself, it does a fine job. Nothing fancy, especially at the price, which makes it a decent value buy.I love to workout and stay in shape. I would classify my fitness level above average. With that stated, I bought this to do cardio when I cant make it to the gym, or early in the morning (fasted cardio). While the resistance could be a tad better it does the job. I build a decent sweat. The stepper is light weight and easy to store. My only complaint is it makes various noise depending on my fleet placement, which could be a turnoff for some.Cost Effective- Burns Calories - Not Overall Hard - Could be Built Better

This machine was very easy to put together & works well. Definitely gets your heart rate up and puts a burn I’m your legs and butt. It folds down easily- although I’ve left mine up. A couple things I don’t care for, it is definitely not quiet. I was hoping to be able to sneak and do this in the morning while my baby sleeps- that is not happening. It’s very squeaky creaky. Also- the little pully part of it is coated in a thick greasy product, similar to Vaseline or crisco. I found that odd and kind of gross. I was nervous about my animals or little one trying to get to it, but so far so good.
