These are not for big chested women. I bought size D which is the largest. I wear a 36 c bra so I thought the D would be perfect. I got the left insert in super simple and looked great but my right boob is bigger and no matter how I put it, my nipple wasn’t covered. Also I wore to gym to test how well they would do while sweating. Again on left side it was fine but the right one kept moving around. Also DoNot use the flower nipple covers if you have larger Areolas. I mistakenly wore all day and when I tried to remove it felt like it was ripping my skin off. Super painful. If u have smaller boobs and areolas you will probably love these. They do make a difference in cleavage.

They look just like the image. They give a great lift and shape to the area without being too bulky but supportive. Double sided adhesive feature works great which allows for the inserts to stay in place. I highly recommend this to anybody wanting that extra lift and full look for an outfit. They seem to be durable. I’ve only had them for a little while and have gone a few wears already. No irritation, super functional.

I absolutely love these bra inserts! They’re super soft and lightweight, but still provide the perfect amount of lift and shape. They fit seamlessly into my bras without shifting around or feeling bulky, and they look incredibly natural under clothes. I also really appreciate that they’re breathable – no discomfort even after a long day. These push-up pads are amazing! My friend recommended them and I’m so glad I gave them a try. I received them today and used them right away—they’re super easy to apply and stick really well without feeling uncomfortable. They stayed in place all day with no slipping at all!I followed the size guide (I usually wear a C cup), and it recommended sizing up—so I ordered a D, and it fit perfectly. These give an amazing lift to the girls and are super comfortable! The material is smooth and sleek, and they even come with soft nipple covers that do exactly what they’re supposed to.I’ve used boomba bra inserts before, and honestly, these perform just as well for a fraction of the price. The adhesive is strong but not painful to remove, and the included instructions are clear and easy to follow.I wore them with a regular sports bra and had zero issues. Definitely something I’d buy again and recommend to a friend!
