Save your money if your breasts have 'gone south leaving them like silly putty with no firmness on top LOL ..these will not help push anything up. I was trying to perhaps push up the breasts to smoothe out the upper part of the bra for a better look. Again, may work for those with younger smaller breasts but not for those breasts that have seen better days, LOL! O well I tried ;-)

Use these to boost the girls inside of a corset for a Renaissance Festival. They worked great! Very sticky. I didn't even notice they were there during the day. However, I will note whenever I took them off they were full of sweat. It did not dissipate and it did not run out, it was just there. Didn't bother me too much but it may be an issue for some people.

It's been a minute since I've had/used this type of chicken cutlet in my bra (where the heck did the last pair end up??). These are the first I've ever used that had adhesive - and strong adhesive at that. Is that really an improvement? Do they move around without the adhesive? Never had a problem with them moving around in the past. Do people try to wear these without a bra? That would take some faith! And a lot of adhesive, right? So, if these are made for those risky behaviors, I get it. If not, if they're meant to wear in a bra to give the girls some volume and height, the adhesive is overkill. And it's kinda weird peeling them off at the end of the day. Other than that they do a good job!

I thought these were OK but wasn't blown away. BUT - they can help fill you out if needed - and that's the most important part for most people. In all honestly I probably won't remove the sticky backing as I think they work fine as is just placing them in the bottom of your bra. The things I knocked stars off for were they were a little heavy and dense in person (like if someone hugged you they may notice your chest seems a little hard). Also, I found the shape to be a little odd as they were longer/less tall and more rectangular than I was expecting. (Also, I am just SO curious as to why the current product listing description calls them out as "Seamless Chicken Cutlets Bra Enhancer" LOL The product supplier may want to remove that line as it's a bit "unappetizing"! LOL)
