Every year I get new wrist straps and this is by far my favorite compared to Rogue. You can tell that they put pride in their product knowing that quality is the first priority. Definitely would like to see some more color options.

Injured my wrist playing sport and I have struggled to find wraps that really worked. I have been through several other styles (neoprene, other red and black elastic wraps) and brands, and some worked better than others, but these are by far the best. I liked the look and the price of these, but these also feel great after my first lifting session. So good that I tried to do hand stand pushups again and they provided great support. Quality appears top notch, thick thumb loops, high quality elastic, good stitching and really robust velcro. Probably going to check out some of their other gear. Now to see how they hold up over time.

These wraps are a game changer. I’ve been using them for 4 months now, and my heavy lifts wouldn’t be the same without these now. They are very well made, and the velcro is ultra strong and really secures your wrists. When you feel secure, then you’ll feel stronger (and I actually was stronger on my pressing movements).A couple things to note from other reviews I’ve read: 1. Only utilize these during your set; you shouldn’t continue to wear them tightly secured in between sets or just walking around the gym, and 2. The velcro is wonderfully strong, so when you’re finished with the straps, roll them back up and affix the velcro sides to one another or the velcro will adhere to other parts of the strap rolling around in your gym bag and will shred it when you pull it apart.Overall, these are so good that if a friend told me how fantastic their wraps were I’d never even try them. These wraps are a great product that will remain a staple in my gym bag.

My wrists are small, old (67 years), and suffer from arthritic degeneration. Without wrist wraps, when I try to do bench press with more than 40 pound dumbbell (or 80 lb on a bar), the synovial capsul joint area below the thumbs on both hands, above the radius bone end, actually begins to crush inwards. NOT cool.I've been using these wraps:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0143Z2LSQ/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_23but they are just too soft, which is why I tried the Evolutionize wraps for a bit more beef. My old FirmGrip wraps are VERY comfortable, and I prefer them for lighter exercises that challenge my wrists, but they just don't hold the heavier weight up under load. The Evolutionize wraps do the job. I just put 60's up today (dumbells), no problem, no "crush", no pain. And I can see that they will probably support a lot more than 60's for me, on my matchstick wrists.I have small wrists, I'm 5' 5" and 155 pounds, so I got the 18" wraps, which are perfect length. The 36's would be way overkill for me, and really, for most people unless they are big guys putting up really heavy sets.These things are not all that comfortable compared to my other wraps, but it's not a bother by any means. I do have to loosen them between sets, to allow blood to flow. As stiff and ungiving as the material has to be to give support under load, you pretty much have to sacrifice comfort somewhere. The thumb loops are also not that comfortable, but again, not enough to be a problem. And again, I would expect this in a piece of equipment that has to carry load. The loops probably could have been engineered better, to bind somewhat less, I will say that.I just got these, just used for the first time today, so also suspect that these will have a bit of break-in to go through, maybe get a bit more comfortable after they have time to stretch and for to my wrists a bit.All in all, pretty happy with the purchase.

I received these in the nick of time for my Tough Mudder marathon and I can confidently say it saved my wrist!! I wish I could give them more stars.I injured my right wrist while being a dummy at the gym 2 months ago and I was very worried about re-injuring it at the Tough Mudder full Marathon in Toronto. I got these in the mail on Thursday and used one on my wrist throughout the marathon yesterday and I was pretty much beaming the entire time because I had been so worried about aggravating my injury. It held firm while army crawling through the mud, swimming, climbing walls and pulling others up behind me. I opted to tuck the thumb strap in as it hindered my mobility a bit but without the strap on the wrap still held snug without cutting off the blood circulation to my wrist and I had absolutely no chaffing through the 6 hour event. I actually fell while jogging through the mud at one point and felt my wrist wanting to give out as I caught myself but the wrap provides such amazing support that the fall didn't hurt my wrist at all. It's the perfect balance of strength and flexibility and this is easily the best Amazon purchase I've made so far. I look forward to using both wraps at the gym going forward while doing any risky movements and can only hope that they hold strong so I can use on for my marathon next year. SO many thanks to whoever made these and is selling them at such a reasonable price for the service they provide, cheers.Oh and also it washed really easily which is great.

These lift straps work brilliantly! They have really cut down the amount of pain I used to suffer in my wrists when I lift. I am 48 years of age and still lift pretty avidly. I have small wrists too so I knew eventually I would probably start having issues at some point? I made it into my 40's before I started having any issues especially just in the last year. Mainly because I stopped working out for about r years which I never should have done btw!? Making a come back is rough at age 48. But I'm starting to make good gains again. But man my wrists were hurting like I never felt before. I had seen people wearing wrist straps over the years but always thought they were kind of silly? What little did I know at the time? Now that I was having issues I figured what can it hurt to try them out? And man do they ever help! I won't do any lifting without these little wonders on my wrists now! While they don't get rid of all the pain they certainly cut it by a large margin! Would say by about 75 percent in my case anyway. They are well built with strong velcro and are super easy to tighten and loosen quickly during your workouts. Love em!!
