Heavy magnet and simple design. Not intended for heavy weight fabrics but works as advertised for lighter weight. Also, as advertised, surfaces were smooth and did not snag or pull delicate fabric. Used on a neck scarf and happy with function.

Item was probably great. We purchased for a different purpose and didn’t work/wasn't needed because there was something that was a better fit size-wise.I returned back in November and Amazon just charged me for the item again saying it wasn’t returned. If you purchase this and have to return - be aware of any fraudulent secondary charges. It used to be easier to get Amazon to check and realize they already had the item back but now they’re being much more difficult and requiring a form to contest their extra charges in addition to the call or chat with customer service. Don’t buy if you don’t intend to keep.

These magnets are incredibly strong! Will hold most types of fabric. They are pretty too. Super useful and so happy to have found this set

When they arrived, I was surprised by how small they were and was a bit concerned that they may not work. However, I wear a lot of silk scarves and these are the perfect size and strength to accomplish what I have been looking for for years!!! I haven't tried them with wool but they work really well, for me, with acrylic material as well. For the price, they are a wonderful find! (At least for me).
