I'm surprise to read about the right fitting in Yamaha HS5. It's not true. It's bigger and yes, you can make it fit one way or another, but that is not the idea. I understand that it's only a dust cover but it was difficult to figure out how to properly handle it to make it fit. After several tries I found no way to make it look fine or cover the whole thing all around.Flimsy? yes. Open in the back???? no way. I have to force the thing to cover the cables, that's why I don't expect a large life.Maybe I got the wrong item? I don't know

Ho le casse in oggetto, ma i sacchetti non sembrano essere fatti a misura precisa. Peccato non abbiano pensato ad un sistema per far passare i cavi.Tendenzialmente sono troppo cari per il lavoro che svolgono

I have the old version of the MSP5 and they do fit well. The material is thick enough, but not cheap I would say. They will protect your speakers from accumulating dust that's for sure. It has an open space on the back so basically you have to lift them a little bit to make them fit.

These fit my M Audio 5" monitors perfectly, and I suspect they would fit most, not just the Yamaha speakers they were intended for.The material is very stretchy and is designed to go over the front, sides, top and bottom but leave the back open for cables, access to controls, etc. The material has a bit of a sheen to it, but I'm skeptical of the waterproof claim. I only wanted them as dust covers, so they work well for me.The material is thin enough you can simply leave them on and they function much like speaker grille cloth.

The synthetic stretchy cover does exactly what the listing says. It’s a dust cover and thin layer of protection against dirt and scratches for your Yamaha HS5 speakers.

Okay, it’s a dust cover—let’s not get excited. But it’s cheap, fits my Yamaha HS5, and keeps the dust off. The back is open, so you can leave all the cables plugged in. (That’s what I wanted.) Though it purports to be waterproof, don’t put too much stock in that. If you spill coffee on it, your monitors will get wet. And the material is very light. (Some might call it flimsy.) Still, it’s a dust cover, not a carrying case. So how rugged does it need to be? An advantage to its lightness is that you need not remove it to hear the monitors. Bottom line: you can cover your monitors with plastic bags, or you can spring for 20 bucks and get something that doesn’t look tacky.
