INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
There are 2 sides to the nut, please make sure the wider side of the nut is close to the dispenser wall and tighten. Spigot & nut should be tightened AT THE SAME TIME. Please make sure the spigot is tight, until it can no longer be rotated.

Used this for sangrias at a shower. Perfect! Looked fantastic, showed off the fruit inside nicely. Was very easy to clean afterwards. Likes that it is glass. Seems more substantial than plastic. It is a LARGE dispenser! Gives you lots of room for beverage but you will need lots to fill it up!!!

Pro's: it holds 2 gallons of liquid and the spigot doesn't leak. CONS: it doesn't stay cold, putting fruit in it didn't infuse the water like I expected. I assume if you're going to used it for an outside event then maybe turn the bucket part where the open side is faced up, fill it with ice and sit the container on top to help keep it cold. If you fill it with ice it's going to water down your drink. It's a little hard to hand wash maybe put it in the dishwasher.

The dispenser is spray painted plastic and the stainless steel base is also flimsy and collects water stains. Besides the appearance, I'm mostly worried about leeching chemicals...it says in bold print NOT to wash with hot water. I wish I would have spent the extra money to get something nicer.

Bought 4 of them for the Mimosa bar at our wedding reception. They are very nice and I would buy them again. (Except 4 should be a lifetime supply)

loving this thing so far! it comes with two different inserts, both plastic. that is the one drawback, not sure why i assumed everything was glass. but it makes sense for the inserts to be plastic considering they will be handled often, plastic is less fragile. just seems like a shame to make the container such high quality glass to then soak everything with a giant piece of plastic. all things considered though, it works marvelously! lemon water is a staple in our home, and this just helps make big batches easier. it also makes using smaller fruits like strawberries or blueberries that much easier because you won't have to worry about them floating into your glass once you pour the water, like with a normal pitcher. the ice insert is solid, and i'm not sure how well that works, i guess we'll find out this summer. but the fruit insert will be getting quite a work out until then. also, the pail or stand it comes with doubles as an ice bucket when not being used as a stand. of course, the stand ensures a glass can easily fit beneath the spigot, so if the glass jar is not sitting on the stand, the jar will need to be close to an edge to allow for access. no big deal, but does change how secure the whole set up can be. this is really easy to clean too, my hand fits *with ease* in both the jar and inserts, the latter of which could easily get tossed in the dishwasher. love being able to make a huge batch of lemon water for sunday dinners with the whole crew and looking forward to many more events this will come in handy

The glass and size drew me to make the purchase. Opened up and the glass was solid and heavy. The galvanized bucket stand’s edging or lip was hanging on by a thread of metal and broke off while removing it from the packaging. The plastic inset for the fruit is hard to clean and actually started to deteriorate after the first use with lemons in it for just 48 hours. Would not buy this product again.
