This cardboards with special treatment allow you to sublimate with excellent quality, beautiful and bright designs to make blisters for mugs and boxes. The ideal material for the best on sublimation industry. Feature (Characteristics) Cardboard. White color, smooth and bright finish. Build with a special finish layer. Use Instructions Print the design (mirror print) on sublimation paper. Put the Subli-Box sheet on the heat press machine with the bright side on top. Put the printed sublimation paper over the Subli-Box sheet. Close the heat press machine and program the timing. We recommend 180 centigrade and 40-60 seconds. (These parameters can vary depending of the machine) Open the machine and take off the sublimation paper with careful. You finished. You already have your Subli-Box sheet sublimated. When get cold bend and make your box. General Recommendations We recommended make preliminary tests of the product to calibrate the sublimation machine. We recommended to make some test before the final production. The heat and timing used can change and be different depending of the specifications of the machine you will use. I recently started my own sublimation business, so I've been looking for good products to up my game. These look so professional! They secure my mugs well and look very professional. I was able to easily sublimate onto them. Highly recommend.

These boxes sublimated very well. I had to use a paper sheet of size 8.5" x 14" long to cover most of the whole box with one sheet. The bottom had about half an inch without pattern but that is OK, most people will not care about that. There are no instructions on how to put it together but it is pretty obvious how to do that, thought it does not hold the form by just interlocking the tabs so I think it is best to put some glue on for it to keep the shape.

These sublimation boxes are fantastic! I'm going to have to start making more 8 oz mugs just so I can put them in these boxes. I'm not exaggerating - these things are game changers. I love how I can customize the box to carry the design of the mug.Super simple to sublimate. I printed my mirrored design on 8.5"x14" paper. Should have gone up in size, but I wanted to see if it was necessary. I don't think it is, but a very small portion of the box bottom is without color. Used heat transfer tape on the inside of the box to prevent the image from ghosting. Pressed the image for 50 seconds at 255 degrees with my AutoPress, and it turned out perfectly. The heat transfer tape came off easily, and I folded up the box after it cooled.Love these things. I think they are worth the price to make the enclosed mug look that much more special, professional, etc. Will certainly get these again.
