Missing carabiner. Why do I want to pay 30 dollars for a rope. The WHOLE point this was ordered it now can't be used. And non-refundable why?

Orderd this specific product for my wife as it would arrive just in time for a hunt planned the next day. Was pleased to see that it arrived as expected. When I got home from work and opened it , it was missing the carabiner, an intregal part for the function as a fall arest safety device. Extremely disappointed.

Received this item in the mail today. It’s seems to be of good quality. However, it did not come with any carabiner. That is why I gave it two stars.

Rope came but no carabiners. Thing is useless without those.
