I wasn't sure about this hat.I was worried it would be flimsy or look silly.It holds up pretty well and I actually like the look.But more than that, I love how much protection I have while working in the yard, on the house or at the beach.It protects my head (hair loss is making my head burn easier now), my ears (over hangs just enough), and my neck (The pull out neck flap is the best feature) And if you don't want it, it tucks back in a pouch on the underside of the brim and you can go rogue.And the chin strap keeps it in place and from blowing away.And it's thin enough that I don't sweat like crazy like my baseball cap.I love it!

This hat fits me perfectly. It look good and seems well made. The neck flap really does offer protection from the sun and wind. I have added this to my collection of fishing accessories.

This has more to it than first sight. I see a super functional hat. Light weight is great for garden then a trip to the lake.The strap on the top adjust to fit your hairline and you are not squeezed.When you need to protect your knock or shoulders from the sun there is a light cloth that drops down for this feature.The protection can be rolled attacked into the brim of the hat.4-stars

I live in sunny climate; during the summer the UV index is often pegged at “11” (the maximum) for many hours. While the hair on your head provides some protection, it isn't enough. For more formal wear I have a Stetson (size 7 to 7-1/8). For more casual wear, I have a Tilley (size 7-1/4).What I wanted was a hat I didn't care about. Lawn and landscape work and it gets dirty - perfect. Floating in the pool and it gets wet and loses its shape - perfect. Too dirty and I throw it in the wash machine - fine by me. Basically a utility hat. This is a wide-brimmed hat with a rear sunshade that protects the back of your neck. And it is cheap.This is a lot nicer than I was expecting for the price. You see my benchmarks (Stetson, Tilley); the Tilley costs easily 5x more than this. It is single size, but adjustable with a string you pull that shrinks to your head size; I was easily able to comfortably adjust it to the size I wanted. It is perfect for my use; and oddly although the cheapest hat I own will probably get the most daily wear.

This hat is made from a lightweight, breathable fabric. I chose the light gray color. The stitching is perfectly sewn. The rear flap can be rolled up and stowed inside a flap in the brim. The stampede string is held onto the hat with clips instead of S-hooks. The clips are an upgrade from other hats I've owned similar to this one. With S-hooks, my hair gets snagged. The strap frequently comes detached with S-hooks. I love that I won't have to worry about those issues with this hat. I like to wear this hat while I'm working in the yard. I also like to wear this hat while driving a vehicle to protect my face and neck from the sun.

This is a great hat. The fabric is smooth and feels soft, but it's sturdy enough to stay put on my head. The chin strap is nice because sometimes the wind blows and it keeps my hat from falling off. I like that it covers the back of my neck so that I don’t have to put sunscreen on the back of my neck. And if you don't want to cover the back of your neck, you can fold that piece of fabric into a slotted compartment on the back of the hat. It turns this hat into a regular hat, without the material that covers the neck. This is a great and thoughtful feature. Great buy.

This Vimfashi Summer hat is a nice lightweight hat that not only protects your head and neck from the Hot sun ,due to the wide brim it helps shade your eyes as well .I wish it had mesh inserts like some others it would help cool you better, nevertheless it is very comfortable the material is so lightweight it does breathe and helps tremendously on the hot sunny days.The Hat has a neck flap that as far as I'm concerned it protects the back of my neck better than my gaiters do, thanks Vimfashi .

Well made, comfortable and fits my big head, should work for most I'd think. Perfect for fishing, kayaking, boating or just about anything you do in bright sunlight. Keeps bugs and sun off the back of your neck. I put a squirt of Off on the back and brim, works great.I shoulda got one of these years ago. Highly recommend
