Great little pole saw. I used it to cut & trim my palm tree in my yard & I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to put together & use.

Had borrowed/ used a electric cord powered unit and enjoyed it. When I came to buy, saw battery powered… and jumped in without researching. Wish I had bought electric cord powered. 2 reasons: less weight and more motor torque

I had never heard of SunJoe and they have quite a few comptitors. I chose them for a Telescoping Pole Saw because of the 2 year warranty. The box that it came in looked like someone had retaped it after opening it, so I returned the package and immediately SunJoe sent out another one. That package also looked retaped, however I opened it anyway and everything was in order. (It was indeed a new item, not repackaged.) I was very impressed with how well the Pole Saw was made. For the price, I was expecting much less quality. The instructions that came with the Pole Saw were very easy to understand and no doubt written by an english speaking person. I have now placed an order for their Handheld Chain Saw.

This machine get the job done each time. the flexible head is also a plus. very light and easy to use. also has a solid and powerful motor.I would like to see a longer blade offered for this machine.

The chain came off after less than 2 min. And the plastic holding the tension bolt in disintergrated. Can’t get them on phone about part. Been trying all morning. Just had ordered for a Christmas gift and yesterday was first time to take outside to use and it broke. I don’t think it’s a replaceable part but the whole head would need replacing. I’ve good reviews for other snow joe products but this one was disappointing to say the least. Just got off phone with Sun Joe and they said they are replacing unit. So will give it another try. They did replace entire saw and it worked again for about 5 min. Only cutting very small branches. The plastic piece broke again. Same part. I do not recommend this product.
