My yard looks better than it has in years. To top it off, I have a yard service that is supposed to to handle it for me…. Well since putting down Sunday my yard looks top notch! Great pricing also.

I purchased two bags of this along with a cheaper bag from a local seed store. I planted two different areas side by side and the cheap seed all came up and is doing well. This seed did not grow at all. I would not recommend this at all.

I had to wait a bit for a review as we couldn’t tell if anything sprouted. After a few days of good rain the bare spots are filling in and overall the year is looking fuller. We had mostly weeds and now it looks more like an actual lawn. We still have some left and plan on trying it in the side yard which gets a little more shade. it was easy to apply and seems to do the trick.

I like Sunday's eco-conscious approach to their product lines and have used some of their other products on my lawn area. We live in the southeast US and have a patchy fescue lawn area where we like to have outdoor activities. This year I wanted to fill in some of the open spots. This seed and fertilizer blend is great for these spots. After planting the seeds germinated within a week and grew in thickly within a few weeks. There were some areas where less seed landed so I did have to go back and reseed those spots. This is the downside of using an all-in-one product since sometimes more fertilizer lands in a spot than grass seed. But easy enough to come back and reseed.I'd recommend this to anyone looking for an all in one product for a fescue lawn.

I consider this a preovisional review, since we seeded the lawn just 2 or 3 days ago and it is just startingg to come up. We have patches in our lawn, some quite large, from some over enthusiastic pine trees which dumped a ton of seeds laasty year, killing (smothering) much of the lawn. We hav3e akso been pulling up tiny pine trees all over.....The reason I rated this grass seed so hoghly before it came up was that it includes fertalizer and soil addatives, so it makes it easier for seedf to take and improves the quality of your lawn. It also comes with a guide for how to set your spreader so that it is evenly seeded. This is more help and information than I have ever received with grass seed before. This is a more challenging environment than most, even for heat tolerant grass seed. I am on the 'rain forest' side of Oahu, and we have has an unusually dry winter, which I enjoy a lot more than the plants. However it does make it more challenging for seed. We seeded just a couple of days ago, and it is just starting tyo come up. When it does I will add a picture. I did rate high for soething which is something of an unknown at the present time. I will adjust the rating as appropriate whn the seed is up. I felt they deserved a high initial rating for mixing the seed with soil amendments and nutrient, rather than sand or sawdust., They also provided a useful guide for speading it properly. As one who has planted *a lot* of seeds I appreciate both the informationn, and the additives which provide a boost. This review will be revised as the seed come up.I am updatying this review to say that three days after seeding the grass is up, and in very even rows. 2 of the three days were scorchers (Hawaii) and the third day we had rain. Now most of the seed is up, but still small. Photos will be added.

I had high hopes for the Sunday Heat Tolerant Seed + Feed, but unfortunately, it didn’t perform as expected. I followed the directions carefully, raked and dressed the area with topsoil before applying, and made sure to keep it consistently watered. Despite the effort, it just didn’t take in the tough, bare spots of my lawn. Some grass came up in the easier areas, but the seed really struggled where I needed it most. For the price and promise, I was hoping for better results. Might work for minor touch-ups, but not ideal for harder patches

Normally, I use a well known name brand grass seed but I have seen this name before and wanted to give it a try. I live in an area where weather frequently changes and there are extremes. This seed is for rescue which is a low maintenance grass that is very tolerant of heavy foot traffic, weather, drought, and many pests. We have not has the weather to test for drought or heat but I will say the seed terminated for the most part, to fill in some bare patches. They are very small seed so it is hard to share the percentage of germination. As with any grass seed, make sure to give it a thorough initial watering and keep it we'll watered to aid in growth. I think this is a good value and product but more to come in the year.

Most of our 7 acres of rural land at our mid-South location is covered by secondary-growth pine and hardwood trees and shrubs, with an acre of cleared land around the house which has those secondary-growth pine and hardwood trees and shrubs and all kinds of invasive weeds on 3 sides. It has been a constant struggle to have a good thick healthy lawn, especially when summers are very hot and humid. We sowed the SUNDAY Heat Tolerant Seed Feed Fertilize on a portion of our back yard after a gentle light rain had fallen all morning so the ground was just wet enough for good germination. A week of alternating mild temperatures, sunshine, and light rain helped the seeds begin to germinate, and we can definitely see the positive results. The fertilizer has improved and added essential nutrition to our soil which is mostly clay and chert with a fairly shallow layer of good dirt on the surface. We are pleased with the visibly improved quality of the areas where we sowed it.
