Perfect fit and held up well in removing hub assembly in my Dodge truck. Disassembled and reinstalled hubs with 1/2” impact gun. The socket shows no sign of wear or distortion.

I have been a mechanic for years and this is tool truck quality at amazon prices. It is impact and used it for a wheel bearing job on a Ram 3500 in the rust belt.

Got this to remove and install the 12 point bolts that hold the front brake rotors on a 98 Dodge Ram Cummins diesel. It’s a fairly big job compared to others I’ve done. This socket and a IR cordless electric impact made the job not too bad.

Received empty bag with very small hole at seal flap. Outline of socket visible through bag but no socket inside.

I have never had an issue with any Sunex product. I have quite a few of their impact sockets and they always work well. Good construction and won't break the bank. I bought this one specifically for connecting rod bolts on CAT C15/3406 engines instead of buying a whole set that I probably wouldn't use.
