Hey I use this tool to change the air compressor for my 1999 Freightliner fld with N14 Cummins... without this kind of tool it will be a really difficult or is better said impossible to change this part specially the bool between the engine and the compressor... the quality Is not like Snap-On or other high quality tool but to me at least is good enough to finish my job...

Bought these for removal of a turbine engine starter for my college class teaching. They are cast polished chrome and look good and for use of 25 starter removal and installs they worked great. As far as a daily use tool I have no opinion. I teach the same class this college quarter and will update you all. But they are worth the cost for what I needed. Compared to my Snap-on and MAC tools I've used for 40 years that I spent big bucks on, these would be a good cheap alternative. Just not sure if they can handle long term daily use.

I own several sunex wrench sets that have never let me down and this one is no exception. Being a professional diesel mechanic, I'm no stranger to spending money on name brand tools for which there definitely exists a time and place. However in my instance, these half moon wrenches get used very seldom and I can't justify spending a ridiculous amount of money on them. Sunex manufactures quality tools at a reasonable price and I will continue to buy them. The wrench roll helps to keep the set together in a bumpy service truck. Recommend highly.

I bought this set of wrenches to work on my Cummins diesel, fuel pump and power steering pump . Worked on the power steering pump, have yet to get to the fuel pump , but a quick assessment by eye should work. Thought they might work on the air compressor to , but I dont think their long enough to get in and down behind.

I like these, also went ahead and bought the Metric set after seeing they are a decent item.Fit and finish is nice, each set was $21.99 and worth it for the few times I'll need an obstruction type wrench like this.

I remember when I was 16 working on my first car—a 1966 Volkswagen Beetle. I was replacing the carburetor and for the life of me I couldn’t get the wrench to fit where I needed, so I heated it with a torch and bent it to the shape I needed. Presto! It worked perfectly…a poor man’s half-moon wrench.25 years later I’m still working on my own cars (unfortunately not the 66 Bug, though) and I still didn’t have a set of half-moon wrenches.--mostly, because I never really needed one, and also because they always seemed so expensive. When I saw these Sunex wrenches for only $30 (as of August 2015) I jumped on them.Sure, they’re made in China, but the forging and machining seem very good quality. They have a very good, mirror polish to them with no defects in the chrome plating. “CHINA” is stamped on one side of the wrench along with stampings for the size of the wrench and “SUNEX” is laser etched on the other side (not shown in the Amazon photo). I’ve owned cheap, basically disposable wrenches in the past, and these definitely do not feel cheap. The wrenches come packaged in one of those heavy, cloth roll-up pouches that I immediately threw away. If you purchased these to travel with, the pouch may come in handy, but I just found a spot in my tool box to lay these shiny wrenches. For the price and for how often I’ll use these (not very often), these are a great deal. I purchased both the SAE and metric sets. If you’re looking for a set of value-minded half-moon wrenches, you won’t go wrong buying these.

If you make your living as a mechanic and you use these moon wrenches daily, then by all means buy a major brand and pay major dollars. However, if you are like me, perform all work on your own vehicles, help friends and neighbors with their vehicles and rarely ever need a moon wrench, then this wrench set is for you.Beautifully chromed, strong as any wrench out there, thin blade that fits great in the tight spots they are designed for and cost less for this entire set than the major brands cost for a single wrench. Where are they made? China more than likely. But when i ude a wrench, if it fits, does what it is supposed to do without breaking, i really don't care where its made.Besides, nowadays almost All tools are made over seas. I remember when "Made in Japan" was a dirty word. Now everything Japan makes is usually FAR better than anything made in America.
