Pretty but goes together flimsy, not a solid platform. The pump will only get water all the way to the top if you overfill the basin. The cord does not come with an on/off switch. Make sure you have it 100% even on a solid foundation. I just bought it so do not yet know how well it will perform or wear in 2, 3, 5, 10 years.

Upper tiers do not lock together flimsy quality for the money paint flaking after 1 week of use.

The pump does not fit properly inside the lower tier. The upper tier will not sit properly unless the hose connecting to it has room to move aside. The upper tier, upper bowl, and middle tier do not lock in place. The middle bowl lacks a watertight seal upon the lower tier and leaks. Be prepared to modify the unit.

Looks great. Assembly instructions were challenging to understand & follow. Translation from original into English left a great deal to be desired. Functions as advertised.

Update: Seller did replace the part in a timely manner. NOW... less than 30 days since fountain was delivered, paint is coming off the item all over!!!! This item is more over priced than I thought it was. Clearly someone isn’t doing quality control on this product. I have contacted seller... ridiculous!I am so disappointed that we paid this much for this fountain! Very flimsy and the pump cover is supposed to connect and be held in place by one magnet. The cover doesn’t fit and the magnet doesn’t work. (See photos) the bowls aren’t level if you follow directions in placement. I have contacted the manufacturer asking for a new pump cover... we will see if they reply. Super disappointed with this fountain, not worth the price at all!

This fountain is a stunning addition instantly transforming a home garden into a park-like setting with a clear focal point. It was well packed in a very large box and arrived undamaged. There are some slight weak points, the hatch that covers the pump is not very precisely fitted and is clearly visible from the right angle, you may want to carefully orient the fountain so that side is facing a direction you won't typically be viewing it from. The pump is more than adequate in terms of pumping volume but clogs easily, and there is little room inside the fountain where the pump is to put a hand in to get debris off the pump inlet. There is not any extra hose that would allow you to move the pump out for cleaning without detaching it. There is also a fair amount of splash that ends up outside the fountain so we need to add water every day - therefore I would suggest it is suited only to a location that allows you to easily add water.

Received this beautiful fountain very quickly. It was not too difficult to set up and works beautifully. We would sure purchase from this company again.

Love our fountain. Assembly directions not accurate, but we figured it out. Good solid material. The bowls are deeper than I expected, so hard for birds to use as birdbath, but they seem to enjoy "showering".Review July 19, 2017: After one year, the fountain is a mess, and I'm going to tear it down and throw it away. It developed a bunch of cracks, gets slimy and no water purifier has worked, it seems as though the surface wore off and it's porous. I have to change the water every day, very exhausting and waste of water. We're very disappointed!
