It was a pain to install and I was replacing a brass one almost identical. Took me a while to learn how to feed the 3 wires through the tiny pipe. Then when I was all done I realized I had some extra at the other end I didn't pull through and I didn't want to start over so I stuffed it in the chain. Took over an hour also had to open 2 chain links with pliers then close them. It looks okay in my kitchen. A cheap but nice upgrade from an old brass one
