My husband used this clamp to make a handle to run his trolling motor, which no longer works with the foot pedal. He was able to clamp one end to the shaft and another on the handle he had configured. He's really pleased with how it works, and it is easily adjusted and maneuvered. Great value for price and very sturdy.

This clamp is great and could be used for a variety of uses. In my case I'm using it on my boat to support my Livescope pole during transit. Would also work great for cameras (as pictured in the ad), boom arms, etc. Heavy duty and very impressed with the overall quality.

Because my experience with clamp-on umbrellas has been poor, I purchased this to hold a sun umbrella over a stroller or beach chair. The multiple ball joints gives this clamp more options to position it than other clamps but also makes it a bit heavier. The hold is secure but it slipped out of position somewhat during intense winds. It is possible that I did not turn the clamp screw tight enough, and the winds were also extreme so no umbrella could have been any better. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.
