Ride All Winter Long
Your Polaris RZR XP 1000 is made to ride through the cold winter months, so get SuperATV’s Cab Heater to make sure you can handle everything your RZR was built for. It draws engine heat directly from the coolant lines to heat your cab just like a traditional car heater. Our cab heater mounts under the dash between the seats where it's out of the way for both the passenger and the driver.
Install is easy—our kit uses the RZR 1000’s own key-on and power terminals to make wiring a cinch. We include hoses, drill-bits, and RZR-specific mounting plates to make it as easy as possible to get your heater up and running. With adjustable temperature and fan speeds, you get the warmth to ride all year round.
Defrosts Your Windshield
Along with the two vents in the unit itself, we include two defrost vents and hoses to keep your windshield snow, ice, and fog free while you're driving! We route the defrost vents through your dash so they look like they came included from the factory.

Happy with the product overall. The heat is more noticeable once you put a deflector in front of the radiator to raise the machines temp into the 180s to 190s. The install was fairly easy and there are a couple install videos out there, but the directions were easy to follow. It took a couple of hours. I've ran my machine in 20 degree Temps and I was comfortable with some layers still and the heat.

This could be much better if the coolant flowed thu the unit in line to the radiator first. The way its plumbed in only works at High rpms for an extended time. I am adding a inline pump to see if i can improve this. You cant plumb straight thru this unit because the core lines are too small for full coolant flow to radiator.. i think the pump i have may work... I will update when I install it.

Product works well and disperses heat effectively only after thermostat is open. The downfall is when travelling downhill or on plane and the ATV temp drops below 185 then you will lose heat output. Other than that the system does work well.

The heater itself is okay quality the installation of it is almost ridiculous. But my biggest concern with it is that it doesn't put out any heat. The only time you get heat out of it is if you're Full Throttle on the gas for a long period of time driving your machine very hard. If you're sitting at idle in your machine is 190 degrees you're still not getting any heat out of your heater. I think the reason for this is the two white pipes that are supplied with the kit have two little tiny holes in them that create the Y pipe. That's the only reason I can find and why it's not passing hot coolant through the heater core sufficiently or it's the valve assembly. I'm going to replace both Y pipes and I'll update it from then. My only other issue with it is that the low fan speed setting is way too high. And where the defrost tube connects to the heater itself it has a huge gap around it I actually siliconed it because it was so big it was over 3/8 of an inch around it.

This unit works very well, once the temp reaches 180 or so and starts cycling the heat works just fine.The directions are easy to follow, but follow them to a tee when installing. The unit just fits there is no room for error when drilling the mounting holes under the dash.The glove box had to be trimmed down in the corner for the duct to fit where I wanted them.I used stainless hose clamps instead of zip ties to insure the ducts did not come loose from vents when riding. Great product .

One thing I would like others to know if you have installed other aftermarket accessories on your firewall you will likely need to purchase additional radiator hose to have enough. My winch solenoid was right where the instructions wanted me to route the radiator hose.

A little tough to install but they all are. It fits PERFECTLY if you size it right to you SxS. Works great! Blower is powerful! Keeps window defogged and the cab warm. Enough said!

heater works good. had to cover radiator to supply enough heat on a 32 degree day. fairly easy install.
