This is an OEM for the Honda. You can definitely tell the difference between aftermarket and OEM. This kit also came with all the gaskets needed for a complete carb replacement.

I was working on a pressure washer with a Honda GX390 and the carb on it was fubar. I started looking for a replacement and was surprised to see OEM Keihin carbs so cheap! Sadly they are not made in Japan, like the old oem one was, instead they're made in Thailand. I have purchased other OEM Honda parts from Honda dealers and seen some of them made in Thailand as well so this is a common thing now and not just limited to these carbs. The carbs are still the excellent Keihin quality you can expect so that's what matters most. This carb was identical to the oem one and the assortment of gaskets it came with was great. I purchased an aftermarket air box that fit terribly so the thick, metal, rubberized gasket in the kit came in very handy!
