My original order was held up with the shipping company for days due to nation-wide weather delays. When the package arrived the worms had chewed out of their containers and most escaped. The seller responded to my inquiry quickly and sent a replacement order right away. The new worms arrived in very good condition. The seller didn't hesitate to send a replacement even though it was not their fault the original order didn't arrive in good condition. Highly recommend!

I have reordered these worms three times. The first two times they came tied into a fabric bag with lots of paper also in the box. The worms were very lively and healthy looking. This time they came in two very small crowded plastic containers. At least a third of these were dead on arrival. Every day I’m picking out more dead ones. I can’t feed my bearded dragon almost dead worms. I’m thinking I may have to find myself a different place to order my worms. Not good! I liked ordering them from Amazon it was very convenient…

The super worms arrived packaged well, they were all alive and active and they are all very big in size. I'm impressed and pleased with this purchase. Our bearded dragon is pleased too, lol. I will be using this vendor for all future purchases of live insects and I'll be sure to leave a review with each type I buy. If your looking for large, active worms you can definitively find them here. Thank you for delivering exactly what you advertise. Not everyone is doing that anymore.

My bearded dragon loves these. You get alot for your money and they live long. The smell isn't bad at all. The seller does a great job of packaging as well

I decided to purchase with this company due to the wonderful reviews and I am hands-down just as impressed as the others have said. It is definitely very well worth the money value for what I’ve got these. Super worms are pretty big, they arrived to me safely and alive, my turtle tells me every day that they taste pretty good because she waits for me to feed her every morning and they were packaged very well and delivered on a timely manner. For those of you who are new to these kind of critters (which I was) be aware that they do make a rattling sound, and they almost resemble a baby rattlesnake, but I have learned that the sound is due to their little feet walking on the paper (that they seem to be making tunnels with), dnd I’m not the best person with creepy Crawley kind of things that make eerie noises. At first, I tried to shake them out to get what I needed but thanks to many Amazon users answering my questions. I have concluded that using a pair of insect tongs and an enclosed butterfly net are great ways to keep them in a safe spot and easy way to take what I need, as well as feed them (to keep them alive). I appreciate the seller the way they communicate and the way they packaged the super worms. They have added a new customer to their list.

Great product. Packaging was a good attempt... Lol, these things are escape artists. No order. ALL worms, except one were alive. The one was alive, when I opened the package, until the others attacked it. I guess they wanted more space. All look healthy with great color. Package came super fast. In fact, I didn't expect them to be delivered until this week. Again, no bad smell. My experience was 10 out of 10, and I definitely would advise people to trust this company. I know that things happen during transit, but I do not experience anything bad. Thank you to the company and their employees.
